I cannot click buttons or select from a list, or
Is my web browser/ operating system compatible?

There are many types of possible computer configurations, and the tee time network software accommodates those that are most common.  Here is a summary of the various combinations and their compatibility:

Computer Type:  All Windows-based PCs
Web Browser:   Internet Explorer (ver. 5 and above), Firefox, Netscape (ver. 7 and above), Opera

Status: "Submit a Request" is compatible. "View Requests" is not due to a Safari bug.  
Recommend: Download Firefox (free), and use it for accessing the club web site.

Status: Possible problems.  IE no longer supported for MAC by Apple or Microsoft.

* Mozilla-compliant browsers will all work, regardless of the operating system being used.
 

Error: "...invalid membership..."

To log-in, you must have a correct profile stored in the EZLinks tee time database, complete with Membership Number, UserID and Password.  Contact the golf shop and they can verify that your data is stored properly.

Error: "...a request has already been submitted..."

You can only be included on one tee time request per request period.  To view your pending requests, select the tab for "View".

Email message: "Tee Time Request Not Accepted"

If you receive an email saying that a request was not accepted, then the system was unable to locate an available tee time that met your time parameters, group size, etc.  You can search for remaining availability by choosing the option for standard tee time reservations, or contact the golf shop for assistance.

How do I cancel or change a request?

On the web page for tee time requests, there is a tab option to "View Your Requests".  Here, you can select a pending request and choose to EDIT it.  For requests that have already been compiled, changes cannot be made.  Contact the golf shop for assistance. 

I am not receiving email confirmation summaries

STEP ONE:
Make sure you have a correct email address stored in the tee time database.  This can be verified by going into the standard tee time section, and clicking "YOUR ACCOUNT" on the top menu.

STEP TWO:
Are you using any anti-spam mail filtering software?  If so, see if it has an option for allowing email from certain senders or domains.  If so, add
dwilliams@cortebellagolfclub.com or cortebellagolfclub.com.

OTHER OPTIONS:
If you tried both of the options above, and still cannot receive email confirmations, then perhaps your email provider is filtering-out messages generated by the tee time network.  There are two ways to help ensure that you receive these emails...

A.  Store this address in your email address book*:  dwilliams@cortebellagolfclub.com

B.  If that does not help, then try adjusting your spam/junk settings within your email software.

I am being asked again for a username/password

You must log-in each time you wish to access online reservations.  If you try bookmarking a shortcut to the page, your account login may not be retained.

Also, if you sit idle on this standard reservation page for too long (approx. 20-30 minutes), the tee time network server will disconnect your session.  Should this occur, you will be returned to the login screen.  Refresh or re-launch your browser if problems persist.

Error: "There are no tee times available..."

There are a couple possibilities for this message.

Available tee times may not exist for the course and date you are searching.  Or, perhaps your type of membership does not have access rights to those tee time slots that do exist.

A less likely cause would be a configuration issue within the tee sheet software.  If you repeatedly experience trouble searching for reservations, notify the golf shop staff.

How do I cancel or change a reservation?

To cancel a standard tee time reservation, go to the option on the top menu for "Your Account".  Locate the tee time in the list that you wish to cancel, and click the "Cancel" link.  A summary of this cancellation will be emailed to you.

The system does not currently support reductions to the size of reservations.  If you need to reduce your group (i.e. from 4 to 3 players), simply cancel your tee time and re-book it for the correct number of players.  Or, you can contact the golf shop for assistance.
