- Your Golf Shop - The EZLinks
software can be loaded on any Windows-based clubhouse computer with
Internet access. The EZLinks technical staff insures that your
business maintains a stable connection to the network at all times.
- Your Web Site - EZLinks
provides an online reservation web page that golfers will access
directly from your web site. The colors and logo image on the page are
customized to match your web site. Optional credit card
requirements, member-only limitations, days-out restrictions, and other
settings are programmed to insure the highest levels of accuracy and
security. An optional web page where you can sell tee times at a
discount is also available.
- Your Corporate Office -
Managers and owners can easily access the tee sheets remotely using the
EZLinks software. View your course's real-time utilization
statistics for the days ahead, or print reports showing reservation
results for days gone by.
- Affiliated Courses - Do you
have a "sister course" in your area that you would like the ability to
send tee times back-and-forth to? If so, real-time, on-screen
access to each other's tee sheets can easily be activated.

- Is there is a hotel, business or concierge in your area who you do
business with? If you want them to access your tee sheet directly
without needing to call you or send fax requests, EZLinks will
provide them with a login to the software, so they can make tee times to
your course. Yet you always maintain control over
the rights and restrictions they must follow.

Q: Can I use just the tee sheet
software without committing to the point-of-sale and/or reservation center?
A: Absolutely! EZLinks will help
you determine which mix of applications and services is best for your business
at this time. You can always increase your usage of EZLinks later or as
your needs change. However, EZLinks encourages you to begin capturing your
existing tee time demand as quickly as possible, in order to take advantage of
your current revenue opportunities.
Q: Is there a charge for
software revisions?
A: No. EZLinks software is constantly
evolving. We feel that as new features and capabilities are added to the
basic software, you should benefit from those improvements. Revision
downloads are
automated and always free of charge.
Q: Why do other tee sheet
companies charge more or less than EZLinks?
A: Don't be tricked. Look very closely when comparing "tee
sheet" companies. Most simply offer stand-alone software that is loaded on
your golf shop computer. In all likelihood, this software will never
generate a single dollar for you. EZLinks is unique, because you are
joining a true golf reservation network, and acquiring a partner that is focused
on increasing your rounds and revenue every year. And in order insure that

Q: I'm concerned about
providing outside sources with access to my tee sheet. What control do I
maintain?
A: This is a natural fear, so the EZLinks tee sheet
was designed to
give the course manager total control over who can access their tee sheet, and
to what extent. Whether it be the number of days in advance, the maximum
number of players allowed, credit card requirements, time of day restrictions, or
pricing differences, EZLinks can customize different
policies and security levels for every source linked to your tee sheet.
And if you don't want them to actually see your tee sheet, an optional
"search-only" function can be implemented.
Q. Do I need to order any
special equipment to utilize the EZLinks tee sheet software?
A: The tee sheet software runs on any
Windows-based PC with a screen resolution of at least 800x600 and 64 MB of RAM.
Also, a high-speed Internet connection is required to access the EZLinks
centralized network. If needed, EZLinks can assist with the installation
of an adequate Internet circuit. (NOTE: The EZLinks Point-Of-Sale system may
have hardware requirements, depending on the services used. See
Point-Of-Sale for additional details.)
